Binga Basket-XL

The BaTonga tribe from remote Northern Zimbabwe have been making baskets from the Palm leaves for centuries and are very well known for their weaving skills.  Traditionally, used for carrying maize or sorghum from harvesting in the fields. 

Every basket is individually handwoven, with the larger ones taking up to 3 days to complete. Each basket varies in colour, size and shape, adding natural organic charm and unique character to your space.
